Winter Wellness Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Pulse PEMF are not eligible to participate.
  
• Entrants must reside and prize be shipped in continental USA.

2. Entry Rules

• No purchase necessary.
  
• To enter, participants must fill out Winter Wellness Giveaway short form on PulsePEMF.com
  
• Each eligible participant may submit ONE entry. Duplicate or multiple entries beyond this limit will be void.
  
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, contain invalid information or late will not be accepted.

3. Prize

• The prize consists of one Pulse X Blue and one of any Power Accessories (Power-Pad, Paddles, Ring or Cube in any fabric selection) valued at $10,000.
  
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  
• Pulse PEMF reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.

4. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in January, 2026.
  
• The draw will be conducted by Pulse Marketing Team.
  
• The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the draw.
  
• If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

5. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that Pulse PEMF may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Data Protection

• Personal information collected from participants may be used for future marketing campaigns or sales efforts. Applicants acknowledge that the Company may reach out to provide further information about Pulse PEMF.

7. Liability

• Pulse PEMF is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or for any technical failures affecting participation.
• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Pulse PEMF from any liability arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.
• Recipient must sign purchase agreement before shipment of items 
• Recipients will not be responsible for shipping.

8. General

• Pulse PEMF reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time without prior notice.
  
• The raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  
• Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Delaware. 
• Raffle goes from 12/1-12/31
• Raffle winners will be selected in January, but items may not ship within the same month.  
• Pulse PEMF will provide a standard warranty on items. If items are sold after receival of the recipient, warranty is not transferable.
